Day 20: Pressing in for the Fullness

After we set our heart to obey God, we declare war on areas that we struggle in. Thus, we can confidently receive His affectionate mercy and feel His pleasure in each step of the growth process. We are not content with only setting our heart to obey, we want full victory.

Meditative Scriptures

  1. 2 Tim 4:1-8
  2. Isa. 53
  3. Rev. 2-3
  4. Psa. 16
  5. Heb. 4
  6. Rev. 21-22
  7. Song 4

Application

  1. Meditate on a scripture of God’s passionate love for you, such as Song 4. Give an example on outreach when God’s passionate love energized you to move forward. Create a plan of how you can spiritually position yourself for more encounters with God.
  2. Give an example during an outreach when you forgot God was there for you and you didn’t seek Him first. Create a plan of growth on how you can mature when a similar test occurs in the future.
