Tommy and Claudia serve in multiple leadership capacities: as the national director of Youth With a Mission PH Impact, as members of the leadership team for Call2All Philippines, as the founder and president of Smiles Impact International, and as leading members of the Philippine Youth Movement of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches.
They are often invited to speak as experts on various subjects, including leadership, missions, relationships, etc.
